2. Accounts & Registration

2.1 Is registration required?

Yes. To use the Platform and access services, creating an account is mandatory.

2.2 Eligibility

Only individuals 18+ who can enter legal contracts may register.

2.3 User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

2.4 Account Suspension

Users can place orders for products listed by suppliers. Confirmation is sent electronically.

3.2 Commercial Terms

Pricing, warranties, returns, and delivery terms are between the user and supplier directly.

3.3 Payments

  • The Company is only a facilitator, not the seller.
  • Taxes and invoices are managed by suppliers.

4. Platform Usage & Restrictions

Access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

  • No illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
  • No hacking, impersonation, or misuse.
  • No uploading of viruses or malicious files.

5. Fair Usage Policy

Excessive cancellations, high claim rates, or misuse may result in restrictions or penalties.

6. Content Accuracy

Information on the Platform may not always be accurate, updated, or complete and should be independently verified.

7. Listing & Selling

Suppliers are responsible for complying with legal and regulatory requirements related to product listings.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

The Platform may use third-party services and display external links. The Company is not responsible for their accuracy or policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks and content belong to AtStores or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer & Liability

The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from Platform usage.
